5. Products Order Process/Ingredients & Allergens/ Delivery
Certain products/promotions may be available for limited periods and subject to minimum order quantities. The Sales Office will confirm the order and collection date, point of collection and time. On receipt of payment of the order the Sales Office requires a minimum of 5 working days for processing. We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours and images of our products. Descriptions of products or product pricing are subject to change at the discretion of the Company. It is important to note that there may be traces of allergens in certain products, therefore, it is the customers responsibility to ensure that any allergies to certain ingredients are communicated to the sales office by email to salesinfo@skychef.sc. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time subject to availability of ingredients. No delivery service is offered unless by special arrangement with the Sales Office, depending on the location and at an added cost.
